As part of Zid’s commitment to enhancing our partners' experience and supporting their growth within our modern retail ecosystem, we are implementing a new pricing structure effective January 1, 2025. These updates are designed to create more uniformity and provide added incentives for our valued partners.
New Pricing Structure:
Unified Transactional Fees:
Shipping Apps: 0.70 SAR per transaction
Fulfillment Apps: 0.50 SAR per transaction
Fulfillment & Shipping Apps integrated with ZidShip: 0.30 SAR per transaction ( Fulfillment Apps to be communicated by Apr 2025)
Incentives:
An exclusive Affiliate programme for partners on 30% cashback ( T&C apply).
General Terms & Conditions:
The new price structure will be effective for those couriers signing the new agreement
The new price structure will be effective and forceable on all apps by April 1st, 2025.
Apps with no response by June 1, 2025, will be subject to deactivation.
ZID invoices will be released monthly, and based on order/transaction issuance.
Settlement of any outstanding dues is required prior to implementing the new terms and signing the updated contract.
Payment delays and/or dues may result in app deactivation.
