1. Prepare your App details

  • OAuth Activation

    Store information and authorization should be gotten automatically, without any manual work such as X-Manager Token, Store ID

  • App Details

    • App name

      • Should be in both languages (Arabic, English)

    • App URLs

      • Redirect URL

      • Callback URL

      • Website URL

      • Video URL

        • It should be uploaded to YouTube and pasted as an embedded URL.

    • App Long Description

      • App brief

      • App Services

      • App features

      • Integration Steps

    • App Short Description

      • One line sentence provides a clear explanation of your App

    • App logo

      • make sure it's clear enough to be seen and follow this guide:

        • Has a background and is viewable from the background.

        • In a high-resolution

        • If your logo includes an icon, just upload the icon without the name.

    • App Images

    • App webhooks

      • Make sure to add the needed App webhooks to mange App functions accurately.

      • App scopes

        • Make sure to choose the needed scopes and specify the reason for each. Note that, each selected scope should be used in the integration as our team will need to test that function.

2. Send it to review

As soon as your application is ready, send it to review from your partner dashboard

3. Send testing requirements to our team

Post-Submission Steps:

After submitting your app for review, the next crucial step is to share the testing requirements with our dedicated team. This is essential to initiate the testing phase promptly.

  • Testing Video: A comprehensive testing video is a key component of the review process. Please ensure that the video covers all specified testing scenarios relevant to your app.

  • Providing Test Account Information: If your app requires an account within your system for testing purposes, kindly provide the necessary details for a test account. This ensures that our team can effectively evaluate the app's functionality.

To do so:

  1. Contact Message support in the Partner Dashboard

  2. Click on Technical Concern

  3. Click on App Testing

  4. Follow the instructions and provide the needed requirements to proceed with the testing.

  5. Our team will review your submission and videos

  6. You'll be contacted in your dashboard to follow up this phase with you.
