This article outlines the partnership cycle for partners, requesting a new partnership and receiving a detailed agreement.

Prerequisites

  • Zid Partner account.

  • Created apps or themes, ready to be shipped.


Fill Partnership Details

Navigate to the Partnership page within the partner dashboard.

Assign authorized member

Ensure that agreements requested under the same partner account or company. The assignee will be the owner of the agreements and the point of contact, note that changes cannot be made later on.

  • If you're the business owner and authorized to sign agreements, select the first choice and designate yourself as the partnership officer.

  • If the authorized individual belongs to your team, select from the dropdown list or create a new member with the details.

Enter contact information

  • As the partnership officer, fill your contact information.

  • Designate yourself as the individual responsible for financial matters, monthly payouts, and any other relevant concerns. Alternatively, assign these responsibilities to another team member and provide their details accordingly.

Enter business details

For individuals

  • Enter the country and city you're operating from.

  • Enter the office address.

  • Provide the National ID, Iqama, or Passport.

  • Provide the freelance document if any (وثيقة العمل الحر).

For companies

  • Enter the legal name for the company, in both Arabic and English.

  • Enter the country and city your company is operating from.

  • Enter the office address.

  • Provide the Commercial Registration number and document.

  • Provide the VAT number and document if any.


Initiate the agreement cycle

After creating the public app, shipping app or theme, you can now initiate the agreement cycle with Zid by following these simple steps:

  1. Choose the desired app or theme (only applicable to those in draft status).

  2. Review the sample agreement and confirm the provided information.

  3. Request the agreement from our team. We'll promptly review it and send you the confirmed version once it's approved.

  4. Once the agreement is approved, you can send your app/theme for review and publish 🚀

Also you can review past agreements and download a copy when necessary.
