Changing Your Theme Details

You can modify your theme details and images as long as the theme is in Draft status or if it has been Rejected. Once the review process begins (status changed to In Review), you cannot submit changes until the status updates to Published or Rejected. If changes are required during the review, please contact our support team.

Delete Your Theme

Themes with Draft or Rejected status can be deleted to tidy up your theme list.

Submit Your Theme for Review

Our team reviews new themes for essential features, flexibility, resilience, and performance. The review process takes up to 2 days, and you can track the status through the partner dashboard.

If your theme meets our requirements, it will be considered for approval. If it lacks any requirements or needs major changes, it will be rejected.

Contact Throughout the Review Process

We may contact you via your registered email during the review. Ensure you receive our emails by adding [email protected] to your email service provider’s allowed sender list.

For any concerns, raise a ticket through the partner dashboard help center widget.
